At Paige Patisserie, we create our truffles from organic chocolate, imported from family owned farms in Ghana, Haiti and the Dominican Republic. Similarly, we support local farms in North Carolina by purchasing ingredients like eggs, butter, and nuts, amongst others, for our products.
